NewParent AI provides digital subscription services that are delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the immediate nature of digital service delivery:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase date

  • Refund Conditions: Refunds will be considered for:

    • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service
    • Duplicate charges or billing errors
    • Service not meeting the description provided

  • Non-Refundable: Refunds will not be provided for:
